Hanbam (vhbam.com, the "Site") is a members-only community restricted to adults aged 19 and over. All persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct contained on the Site were over the age of eighteen (18) at the time of creation.

The Site's operator (Maritour Co., Ltd.) is not the "producer" as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75. Record-keeping and age-verification obligations for such material rest with the respective original producers.

유효한 신고를 접수하면 한밤은 해당 콘텐츠를 신속히 삭제 또는 차단하고 게시자에게 통지합니다. 게시자는 반박 통지(counter-notice)를 제출할 수 있으며, 반복 침해자의 계정은 정지·해지됩니다.

Upon a valid notice, Hanbam promptly removes or disables the content and notifies the poster, who may file a counter-notice. Repeat infringers' accounts are suspended or terminated.
